Heliocentric

Favorite track: Firmament.

David Fischer You gotta love The Ocean's concept albums, and Heliocentric is just another prime example of how this band is doing things expertedly. The influence of a wide array of genres is handled with a deep passion for detail, this album is one to sink your teeth - or ears - into and just focus on nothing else. While also diving into the lyrics, I enjoyed this record even more. Great lyricism, splendid instrumentation, and Loïc's unique voice make this a grand experience indeed. Favorite track: Swallowed By The Earth.

Alice M. Not as good as "Precambrian", of course, but it's still The Ocean: lots of ideas, strung together in a coherent, "progressive" way. I wonder why I waited so long to buy it. Favorite track: Epiphany.
